Vancouver Island Travel

Bookings outside Greater Victoria — Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville, Tofino, and beyond.

  • Travel Rate (Mileage)

    Starts at $120 (covers up to 15 km outside Langford). Then $1/km round trip beyond that. Parking and tolls covered by client.

  • Long-Distance Convenience Fee

    2.5–3.5 hr drive: $100 · 3.5–4.5 hr: $150 · 4.5+ hr: $200. Based on one-way drive time.

  • Overnight Accommodation

    Required for early starts or long-distance bookings (e.g. Tofino). Safe, private hotel/Airbnb covered by client.

Booking & Policies

A few important notes to keep your booking smooth.

  • Deposit

    A non-refundable 50% deposit and signed consent form (THE CONTRACT) is required to secure your appointment.

  • Rescheduling

    Appointments can be rescheduled once, up to 48 hrs before your confirmed time. Same-hour reschedules forfeit the deposit.

  • Lateness / No-Show

    $25 fee if I wait more than 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is forfeited.

  • False Lashes

    Complimentary for brides. $10 add-on for all other makeup services.
